WHY DO YOU NEED A SELLER’S INSPECTION?
Obtaining a seller’s inspection shows that you have done your homework and are a serious seller. You want to know if there are problems that you are unaware of and then address the problems by either repairing them or adjusting the asking price of your house. If you get a contract on your home, you are probably going to negotiate the price with the buyer. There’s no need to go back a second time to renegotiate the cost due to repairs that need to be done prior to the buyer completing the sale.

Most of the time a buyer for your home will request an inspection and because of the unregulated home inspection business in Georgia, your house might get “nit picked” to death by an unqualified, untrained, and unprofessional card carrying “home inspector”.
